Necessary documents in the name of the institution/individual must be submitted:
a) Bank Solvency Certificate (Updated) must be attached with the tender.
b) General work experience of 5 (five) years as a contractor firm and minimum 01 (one) year experience in related work in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization (Experience certificate must be submitted).
c) Attested photocopy of updated Trade License.
d) BIN (13-digit) Certificate.
e) e-TIN Certificate.
f) Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
g) Other documents as specified in the tender schedule. |

a) Application for purchasing tender schedule must be made on the letterhead pad of respective organization/firm.
b) Tender must be submitted writing the name of work clearly on the sealed envelope.
c) Any defaulting lessee/allottee of the authority will be considered ineligible to participate in the tender.
d) If the tender cannot be opened on the fixed date due to unavoidable reasons, it will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place.
e) The authority reserves the right to accept or cancel any tender or part thereof or cancel all tenders without assigning any reason. |
