• The manufacturer should hold a valid API Monogram License for API Spec 6A covering the offered products and the manufacturing facility, and each offered wellhead and Xmas-tree item shall comply with the API Spec 6A latest edition and the item-specific PSL, PR level, material class, temperature class, and pressure rating stated in the Technical Specification.
• Manufacturer should have overall 10 years’ experience of manufacturing Drilling & Workover Related Materials.
• Tenderer should have 07(Seven) years’ experience of similar materials supply and have 07(Seven) years proven sales record to Internationally Reputed Oil companies other than the Supplier’s Country of Origin and also submit at least 03(Three) end-user certificates.
• The minimum specific experience as Tenderer in supply of similar goods is at least 4(Four) contracts successfully completed within the last 6(Six) years out of which 3 (Three) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least BDT 390,00,000.00 (Three crore ninety lakh) or USD 317,000.00 (Three lakh seventeen thousand)
