INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Eligibility of Applicant : |

Al e-Gp registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided
they have the folowing qualifications as wel as other qualifications mentioned
in the Tender Data Sheet:
a. The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to
date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License are to be
enclosed along with the tender.
b. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of
Goods and related services as supplier shal be 05 years.
c. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at
least 01 contract successfuly completed within the last 5 (five) years, each
with a value of at least Tk. 4.50 Lac.
d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital/Credit
line (s) (must be in the form of PG3A-8 in original form) of Tk. 5.50 Lac.
Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The contract agreement signed with the awarded tenderer wil be a
"Framework agreement" as per attached format. Period for suppliers /related
services is 1 Year.
Al other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must
be fulfi led. Specification mentioned in or documents enclosed with the tender
are the part and parcel of the tender.
f. PE may extend the duration of the contract after successful completion of the work by the concerned contractor. The service provider cannot claim any additional amount due to inflation or any other reason for the extended period. The contract can be extended 3 (three) times for a minimum of 3 (three) years But one time extension can be done for 1 year only. Provided that the period may be extended with the approval of the higher authority. |
