A detail study on the existing Police Telecommunication infrastructure needs to be planned which would help to identify potential blind spots, bottlenecks, security concerns etc. This would also include detail inventory of existing assets and enable network architects involved to arrive at high level diagram of the network as it currently stands;
? Feasibility study on establishing separate network by using existing wireless telecommunication system. Presently any communication occurs between two mobile patrol unit (between 20-25 km or more) through district base station. It is desired that one to one direct communication should be possible between mobile units. It is further desired to establish an IP-enable infrastructure that make it capable of running triple-play (Voice, Video & Data) service across the fixed stations ;
? Determine future capacity enhancement requirements for nationwide seamless Police Wireless Communication;
? Determine future capacity enhancement requirements for nationwide seamless Police Network for VOICE, DATA & VIDEO;
? Compatibility of the existing wireless communication (HF, VHF & UHF) with 4G or LTE technology;
? Details on maintaining the upgraded telecommunication system and its scalability;
? Approach for ensuring security and sustainability of the seamless Police Wireless Communication;
