| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. ASEAN - Bangladesh Cooperation on Aquaculture and Fisheries Project (phase-II) invites eligible Training and workshop Management Firms/organization for provision of services for organizing and implementation of 03 (three) international workshop (which will be held in Bangladesh, Singapore and Jakarta, Indonesia) and 01 (one) foreign training program (which will be held in Manila, Philippines) for ASEAN member states and Bangladesh participants.
2. Detailed description of the Assignment will be available in the ToR found in the website of the Department of Fisheries (www.fisheries.gov.bd). Interested firm may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned from BST 09:00 to 17:00 hours (GMT+06 hours) (except holidays) until a day preceding the EOl submission deadline. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
a. Minimum 10 (Ten) years experience of overseas short-term training/study tour/workshop management activities under different ministries/division/autonomous bodies.
b. Evidence of successful implementation of overseas training/workshop/ study tour program for different ministries/division/autonomous bodies worth at least 5,00,00,000 (Five Crore) taka or equivalent US dollars in at least 1 (one) year within a period of last 5 years.
c. Evidence of Permanent office (Ownership/document/ rental/deed) in Bangladesh
d. Reasonably acceptable organizational profile having adequate permanent manpower and other office equipment and logistic support (Detailed profile of permanent manpower need to be submitted separately).
f. Overseas training partnership/regional/global networking with other international and regional training organization/institute. The intending firms must show written evidences of partnership in the form of agreement or any other form of mutual collaboration signed with the organizations engaged in training of civil/public officials.
g. The intending firms to submit genuine experience certificates and at least 5 (five) genuine experience profiles for completion of similar assignments within last 5 years.
h. Firm/s which has/ have been blacklisted by the GoB in the past need not apply.
i. Evidence of similar overseas training/workshop/study tour managed by the firm in the ASEAN member states (AMS). |

a) The Consulting firm will be selected based on the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method following the PPA 2006 and PPR 2025,
b) Interested firms are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) and documents indicating that they are competent to perform the service (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar activities, trade license, incorporation certificate (if required), VAT, TIN certificate, income tax certificate, financial solvency certificate, audit report with turnover for last three years etc.) in two sets [One original + One duplicate) and soft copy in DVD/USB shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and to be delivered to the address of the undersigned. The Eol shall clearly be marked "Expression of Interest for Selection of firm for Conducting 03 (three) international workshop and 01 (one) foreign training program, Package No.: SD-5".
c) For this package firms will be short listed. The short listed firms will be subsequently requested to submit its technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes.
d) Interested firms has to implement the task as per RFP and Terms of references (ToR) (may be revised).
e) Expression of Interest (EOI) shall be submitted on or before 19.02.2026 upto 12.00 pm and EoI will be opened at 12.30 pm on the same day (19.02.2026). |
