3. The main objectives of the consulting services is to engage the services of an experienced consulting firm to support LGED in establishing and operationalizing a harmonized M&E system and in consolidating and reporting Results Framework indicators for Components 1, 2 and 5 (LGED, BWDB and SDF) of the Bangladesh Sustainable Recovery, Emergency Preparedness and Response Project (B-STRONG).The Consultant will provide regular feedback to the Project Director (PD), LGED/PMU and participating agencies, and support evidence-based decision making through timely and accurate monitoring of project inputs, outputs, outcomes and key implementation risks. |
