INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
a) Extension of HCMS Software for new 5 (Five) Airports (Shah Amanat International Airport, Chattogram; Osmani International Airport, Sylhet; Cox’s Bazar Airport, Jashore Airport and Shah Makhdum Airport, Rajshahi) as per ToR.
b) Existing System Support (1 year Maintenance including bux fixing and operational support) from the date of contract signing.
c) Post deployment support and maintenance (2 years including SSL certificate, SMS ~5,50,000/year, App store & Play store costs, Monitoring and Updates
The system should issue certificates/letters, generates details reports and actionable insights as per TOR.

Company that submits tender shall be evaluated using, but not limited to the following minimum criteria which the company must provide documentary proof of compliance.
The minimum qualification and experiences:
a. The firms must have 10 (Ten) years general experience in Design, Development and Implementation of software development/information system;
b. The firm must have a minimum of 3 (three) completed software development projects, at 1 (one) project experience, value at least 1.5 crore (BDT), undertaken for government, semi-government, autonomous or any other renowned organization in Bangladesh. Documentary evidence in the form of completion or end-user certificates must be provided. Having similar work experience will be considered advantageous.
c. The firm must have submitted 1.5 Crore liquid asset/Bank solvency certificate.
d. The firm must have financial soundness of bank solvency & audited reports Annual average turnover shall be at least Tk. 3 (three) Crore for the last 3 years audit report by registered Audit firm.
e. The firm should have own/representative office and strong presence and managerial capability, staffing and logistics capability for service/support/system up-gradation to maintain and quick support to the project office.
f. Must have valid and up to date Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, Income Tax Payment Certificate.
g. The firm must have valid BASIS Certificate.
h. The firm must have ISO 27001 Certificate.
i. During Evaluation of the tender (RFP), the tenderer shall present a demo of the software before the evaluation committee for RFP evaluation.
j. The Software shall be installed in the server of Government owned Data Center/Cloud service/as required by CAAB & shall be integrated with existing Height Clearance Management Software.
k. The firm must submit proposed method tools & technologies.
