1. Experience as Prime Contractor, in construction works of at least 01 (one) 15 (Fifteen) storied Reinforced Concrete building with a minimum Floor Area of 20,000 (Twenty thousand) square feet per floor and one basement of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully/ substantially completed in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous over the last 07 (Seven) years in a single contract, with a value of at least Tk 70.00 (Seventy) Crore.
2. Minimum Average annual construction turnover of TK 80.00 (Eighty) Crore, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 05 (Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFP in the newspaper] and
3. As per Section III. Qualification Criteria and Requirements of Prequalification Document.
