INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer should be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical capacity. Tenderer must fulfill the requirements as set forth in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document and the under mentioned requirements.
(a) General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years prior to the Tender submission deadline.
(b) Similar Work Experience: The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction work of at least 01 (One) contact of cast in situ RCC shore pile or RCC pile for building completed in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization over the last 05(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) crore in a single contract or two contract.
(c) Annual Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 24.00 (Twenty four) crore over the last 05(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.
(d) Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 04 (Four) crore.
(e) Tender Capacity: The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 09 (nine) crore.
