INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(ten) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of minimum 5(Five) storied RCC frame structure building with at least 1(one) Basement successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) crore
a) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
b) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty five) crore in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 6.00 (Six) crore
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 25.00 (Twenty five) crore
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii)Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
viii) Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 3 (three).
ix) In case of Joint Venture (JV), JVCA related circular published by the CPTU must be followed. Reference circular no.: IMED/CPTU/Nitinirdharon/262/2011-1192, Date: 26.07.2015 |
