INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
(a) The tenderer must have successful completion experience on design, installation and maintenance of IP based CC camera with related works in a single work order amounting not less than Tk. 500.00 lac during the last 5(five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.
(b) In case of JVC/JVCA eligibility and other condition are shown in Tender Data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
(c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 1300.00 Lac during the last five years which will be based on work completion certificates. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
(d) The required minimum liquid asset is Tk. 500.00 lac.
(e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(f) (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) VAT Registration Certificate,(iv) Undertaking in prescribed format relating to black listing/debarment in any Govt./semi-Govt/Autonomous body.(v) Manufacturers Authorization letter.
(g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act- 2006 and its amendment. |
