INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderer’s who satisfy the following:-
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firm who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the Development of Land works.
(b) The similar work should be Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) Lakh only during last 05 (Five) years in a single contract under any Govt. Dept./ Semi Govt. Dept./ Autonomous Organization only. The completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ Organization.
(c) In case of JVCA, eligibility and other conditions are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
(d) The required minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover for each Package Tk. 136.00 (One Hundred Thirty Six) Lakh only over last 05 (Five) years Or best [03(Three)] years in the last [05(Five)] years.
(e) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset or Credit Facilities of tenderer shall be for each Package Tk. 68.00 (Sixty Eight) Lakh only.
(f) Firms who are in the Debarment List of National Housing Authority will not be eligible for responsiveness during Tender Evaluation Process.
(g) Up to date valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, E-TIN Number of Income Tax Certificate from the concern office.
(h) Other Required eligibility and conditions of the tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
(i) All other conditions as mentioned in the tender documents must be fulfilled. |
