INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a. The tenderer (/firm) shall have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in building construction
b. The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of building of similar nature (i.e. minimum 6 (Six) storied building condtruction works) including civil, sanitary & electrical works amounting to BDT 40 (Forty) Crore through a single tender/contract during last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
c. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 70 (Seventy) crore over last five years.
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 15 (Fifteen) crore.
e. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 45 (Forty Five) Crore.
f. The tenderer must have up-to-date Electrical ABC and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh.
g. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
