INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

:- This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below
(a) Reputed contractors/construction Firms /JVCA who have a minimum 10 years of general experience in Building Construction works.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of building construction work amounting Tk. 2450.00 (Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty) Lacs in a single tender during last 5 (Five) years. in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
In case of a work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer under whose Jurisdiction the work has been executed,
In case of a work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer of the Organization not below the rank of Executive Engineer duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District/ Area within whose territory the work laying as per format.
(c) The tenderer shall have of minimum average annual Construction Turnover during last 5 (five) years Tk. 17500.00 (Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred) Lacs. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of Liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 1200.00 (Taka One Thousand Two Hundred) Lacs. Document submitted along with the tender must be Issued in between publication date and submission of the tenderer. (In case of Credit Facilities form-PW3-7 must be obliged).
(e) The tender must enclose showing documents
i) Up-to date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and Supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
v) Attested copy of documents mentioned in sl. No. i, ii, iii & iv are to be submitted.
vi) Original money receipt must be enclosed with the tender.
(f) Other required eligibilities and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents. |
