2) Tender Last Selling Date will be 08.04.2018 instead of 27.03.2018 and Tender Closing & Opening Date will be 09.04.2018 instead of 28.03.2018 (Time remain unchanged).
3) Section 2: Tender Data Sheet; ITT 15.1 (Vol. 1 of 2), Domestic preference will not be applicable as per latest prevailing rule of Government of Bangladesh.
4) 7.2.1.27 Evaluation Criteria (Page no 360, Vol. 2 of 2), b) Bidders declared/ guaranteed No-Load loss and Full load loss value shall be within the specified value; otherwise, the bid will be rejected.
5) 7.2.2.7 Evaluation Criteria (Page no 368, Vol. 2 of 2), a) Bidders declared/ guaranteed No-Load loss and Full load loss value shall be within the specified value; otherwise, the bid will be rejected.
