INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit tenders provided that they are otherwise qualified. The Tenderer must fulfill committee :
a) Reputed construction firms who have minimum 02 (two) years of general experience in LPG Sector.
b) Company must have LPG import terminal,
c) Must have experiences in supply of LPG in Residential/ Industrial Building by reticulated system, individual or any one of Joint venture company.
d) Must hanve minimum 02 Nos LPG Road Tanker for supply.
e) Reticulated system Design consultant, Project Engineer, Skilled Manpower with 2 to 5 years Experiences in their own firm.
f) Satellite plant in Dhaka division is preferable.
g) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 02 (two) years of at least Tk. 50.00 (fifty) lac.
h) The tenderer shall have sanctioned credit line facilities/ liquid asset at least Tk. 20.00 (twenty) lac.
i) Current year trade license.
j) VAT registration certificate with TIN number (10 digits) and Update Income tax clearance certificate.

| Brief Description of Related Services : |

a) The Project is looking for qualified LPG distributor for timely and effective implementation of LPG supply system of 02 nos. 15 (fifteen) storied Buildings
b) Cylinder bank for 02 Building (each building contains 56 nos flat) should be installed and gas should be supplied by reticulated system.
c) Minimum two weeks reservation/ storage of LPG at site must be ensured.
d) Piping network from kitchen to ground level has been installed by RAJUK. LPG supplier should construct piping network from ground level to cylinder bank at their own cost.
e) Cylinder bank installation, electrically heated vaporizer, automation, main ring, isolation valve, under pressure shut off valve, copper meter fitting (inlet & outlet), copper piping, pre paid meter, I meter long hose for each kitchen etc should be done by their own arrangement.
f) The bidder will submit a complete proposal for supplying LPG to the newly constructed flats at their own expertise and technology considering a competitive bidding.
