INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
"1. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract. A Tenderer that is under a declaration of ineligibility by the Government of Bangladesh in accordance with applicable laws at the date of the deadline for Tender submission or thereafter shall be disqualified.
2. Tenderers and all parties constituting the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
3. Only Bangladeshi tenderers are eligible.
4. Tenderers shall not be insolvent, shall not be in receivership, shall not be bankrupt, shall not be in the process of bankruptcy, shall not be temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing.
5. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country.
6. These requirements for eligibility will extend, as applicable, to the Sub-contractor(s) proposed by the Tenderer.
7. The Tenderer should have preferably 5 years of experience in event management of related field.
8. The Tenderer should have experience in implementing minimum 3 country wide national events successfully.
9. The Tenderer should have necessary approvals/related license to conduct the activities mentioned in the TOR.
10. The Tenderer must have managerial strength with experts in event management.
11. The Tenderer shall agree that payment for the work will be subject to the allocation of fund by appropriate authority.
