INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"i) Trade license, VAT registration, TIN registration
ii) Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor.
iii) Average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 850.00 lac (Eight crore Fifty Lac) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
iv) Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 400.00 lac (Four crore).
v) The tenderer shall have experience of constructing at least one auditorium having minimum 100 seats during last 5 years.
