INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building Construction works, counting backward from the date of tender publication in newspaper.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature Building Construction works including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification worth not less than Tk. 500 (Five hundred) lakh only in a single Tender in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 1200 (Twelve hundred) lakh only during last 5(five) years, counting backward from the date of publication of tender in newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 275 (Two hundred and seventy five) lakh in the form of PW3-7, mentioning the name of the work, supported by Bank certificate. Bank statement period should be counting 28(Twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached.
e) Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance, VAT Registration certificate and National ID Card.
f) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
g) In case of JVC/JVCA (Tk. 300/- Non-Judicial stamp) and JV Shall not be more than 3(three). Original deed should be enclosed with tender.
h) Business share and others criteria of JVCA must be consistent with the Latest Circular of CPTU memo no-IMED/CPTU/Policy making/262/2011.1192, Date: 26/07/2015.
i) Past performance evaluation and rating matrix must be consistent with the latest circular of CPTU memo No-21.00.0000.363.27.835.17-279, Date: 17.05.2017
j) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. i) All other terms and conditions as per Tender document |
