Due to some unavoidable reasons Tender Inquiry No: 27.22.4785.800.50.003.18.136, dated 19/02/2018 have been made the following amendment. All concerned are requested to take necessary action accordingly.
1) Works Completion Time will be: 210 (Two hundred Ten) Days from the date of Signing contract instead of 180 (One hundred Eighty) Days from the date of Signing contract. 2) Tender Last Selling Date will be 17.04.2018 instead of 08.04.2018 and Tender Closing & Opening Date will be 18.04.2018 instead of 09.04.2018 (Time remain unchanged).
3) Section 2: Tender Data Sheet; ITT 15.1 (Vol. 1 of 2), Domestic preference will not be applicable as per latest prevailing rule of Government of Bangladesh. 4) 7.4.1.27 Evaluation Criteria (Page no 283, Vol. 2 of 2), b) Bidders declared/ guaranteed No-Load loss and Full load loss value shall be within the specified value; otherwise, the bid will be rejected. 5) 7.4.2.7 Evaluation Criteria (Page no 291, Vol. 2 of 2), a) Bidders declared/ guaranteed No-Load loss and Full load loss value shall be within the specified value; otherwise, the bid will be rejected.
6) 6.1.1 & 6.1.2 Para 6 (Page No 171 & 175) (Vol. 1 of 2), Contractor will do Land development work with height of 1(One) Meter above the highest flood level or 1 (One) Meter above the nearest highway / road level which is higher instead of Employer will provide all lands filled by sand (if necessary) up to Ground Level.
7) Form PG4-3C (SL 28 (n) & SL 27 (n)) (Page No 140 & 150) (Vol. 1 of 2), Earth filling, Landscaping, Leveling, Dressing / Preparation of Gravel Pit, Laying of Gravel. Tree plantation, Gardening and Beautification etc instead of Tree plantation, Gardening and Beautification.
All other terms & conditions in the tender notice shall remain unchanged. |
