| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

A. For Lot 1:
- The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service under maximum 02 (two) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology (Fuel Carrying by road transportation) completed over a period of last three (3) years with a value of at least of Tk 3,40,00,000/= (Three crore forty lac).
- The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 2,30,00,000 [Two crore thirty lac] over the last 03 [Three] years.
- The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 60,00,000.00 [Sixty lac]
- The Tenderer shall have sufficient numbers BSTI Calibrated tank lorry and logistics to carry, loading and unloading 200 kiloliters of HFO/HSD per day.
B. For Lot-02:
- The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service under maximum 02 (two) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology (Fuel Carrying by river transportation) completed over a period of last three (3) years with a value of at least of Tk 2,00,00,000/= (Two crore).
- The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 1,50,00,000 [One crore fifty lac] over the last 03 [Three] years.
- The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 35,00,000.00 [Thirty five lac].
- The Tenderer shall have sufficient numbers oil tanker capable of carrying fuel in low draft small river of its own to carry 200 kiloliters of HFO/HSD per day.
