INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers. Eligibilities of tenderers are mentioned below :
a) Tenderer shall have (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii)Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory License and Contrator License from Electrical Licensing Board
b) A satisfactory completion of Similar nature work of at least Tk. 140,00,000.00(One Crore Forty Lac) under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years shall be required [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] of this tender under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.
bc) Having experience of temporary work of at least 2000kVA substation and related works within last 3 years. (for ensuring uninterrupted electricity while the shifting work is ongoing.)
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
iii) Self work or non-tendered work or work under private Organization will not be entertained for the work experience.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.100.00 Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by immediate past Audit Reports or credit line(s), substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format ,without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
e)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.800.00 Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. [Year’s counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] ] Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of average annual construction turnover |
