INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(Ten) years.
i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of minimum 3(Three) storied RCC frame structure building successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.50 (Four point five zero) crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
ii) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
iii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.00 (Seven) crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 2.00 (Two) crore . Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 5.80 (Five point eight zero) crore. To calculate tender capacity the tenderer must submit his/their ongoing work details i.e. agreement amount, agreement date, completion time of works, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information. Otherwise tender will be rejected.
Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10
(Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate (2017-2018).
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license (2017-2018).
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh (2017-2018).
v) Original money receipt.
Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 3 (three).
