The registered contractors in the National e-GP system portal who have the following experiences:a) Minimum 5(Five) years overall experience in the Similar works..b) Completed at least one similar nature of work of minimum value of Tk. 615.00 (Six Hundred Fifteen) lacs in single work order in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Public Organisation in the last 5 (five) years preceding the date of submission of tender. c) Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years preceding the date of submission of tender shall not less than Tk. 2000.00 (Two Thousand) lacs.d) Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 205.00 (Two Hundred Five) lacs ande) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, 1st class Enlistment Certificate from Govt./Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Public Organisation & Trade Licence to be submitted.f) Personnel Capabilities :- i) Graduate Engineer (Civil) – 01 (One) Person. (Minimum 5 years experience in construction works) ii) Diploma Engineer (Civil) - 01 (One) Person. (Minimum 5 years experience in construction works) iii) Work Supervisor - 03 (Three) Persons. (Minimum 5 years practical experience in construction works) g) Equipment Capabilities :- The tenderer shall own or have assured access through lease, hire or other such method, the required number of essential equipments in full working order. i. Pay Loader – 03 Nos ii. Dump Truck – 06 Nos iii. Roller with vibro compactor (10 ton – 12 ton capacity) – 02 Nos iv. Mixture Machine with hooper – 04 Nos v. Vibro compactor – 02 Nos vi. Vibrator – 06 Nos vii. Water pump – 04 No viii. Leveling Machine - 02 Nos ix. Total Station – 01 Set x. Other necessary tools/equipments/welding machine etc. required for the work.h) Besides these, tenderers must fulfil all the conditions mentioned in Tender Data Sheets (TDS). Attested copies of all necessary supporting documents shall have to be submitted alongwith the tender that are to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent with their latest contact address and Telephone number. All such copies of the supporting documents/ certificates must be signed by the Tenderer or his authorised representative with date & seal. If any declaration/certificate/document submitted by the Tenderer alongwith the tender is found to be fake/forged/false, the tender security (earnest money) shall be forfeited & the tender shall be declared informal, void and Non-Responsive. |
