INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology-
(a) boundary wall and/or (b) land development work of at least 35 lac in single/double contract;
(c) external drain work and/or (d) installation of deep tube well with external water supply line works of at least 45 lac in single/double contract; and
(e) construction of R.C.C road of at least 20 lac in single contract -
successfully completed within the last 4 years, with a total value of at least Tk. 100 lac in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies shall be required.
The tenderer (or subcontractor to the tenderer) should also have experience in external electrification with 500KVA sub-station work within the last 4 years with a value at least Tk. 50 lac in single contract in Govt. /Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies. The years is counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The works completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the Rank of the Executive Engineer/Project Director/Equivalent officer of Concern Department/organization. |
