INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following :
a. The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on Interior decoration work in a single work order amounting not less than BDT. 62.00 lakh within last 05(five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department /Organization.
b. Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than BDT. 160.00 lakh. Over the last 05 years (best of three). Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of work completion certificates to be enclosed with the Tender.
c. Minimum liquid Assets/Credit facilities shall be BDT. 62.00 lakh. Black listed/debarred Tenderer(s) from any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
d. Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax Clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate from the concern Department/Organization.
e. Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
f. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and 2008 its amendments.
