• Technical Experience: Min. 1 contract successfully completed on EPC basis for a min. 36-inch dia 1000 psig gas transmission pipeline and facilities in last10 years outside bidder’s country similar to this bidding process. Bidder’s experience should be in the physical size and nature of works, complexity, methods, technology and other described in Section 6 (Employer's. Reqirement i.e E.R.). •Key activities: 1) Design and Engineering of Plant which includes at least 36-inch gas transmission pipeline, tidal zone swamp crossing, 36-inch pig launcher and receiver, platforms, pilling etc. as stated in Section-6: E.R. (Vol-2) 2) Procurement, Supply and Transportation of material, equipment for activity (1) as described in Section-6: E.R. (Vol-2). 3) Fabrication, Construction and Installation of Plant as described in Section-6: E.R. (Vol-2) 4) Testing, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Plant as described in Section-6: Detailed qualification criteria are described in bidding document. • Size of Operation: Min. avg. annual turnover of US$ 25 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 5 years. |
