INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10(Ten) years.
i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of minimum 3(Three) storied RCC frame structure building successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.50 (Four point five zero) crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
ii) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
iii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. |
