"1st class enlisted Electrical Contractor of any Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous body who have:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the works as Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in similar works of at least One number contract successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 150 Lacs in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous body .
(c) The required average annual turnover in the last 03 years proceding in the date of submission of tender shall be greater than Tk. 200.00 Lacs.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200.00 Lacs.
(e) Up to date VAT,Trade License,IT certificate .
(f) Must fulfil all the conditions in TDS.
