INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
A. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years
of general experience in construction works.
B. Having similar experience (means Civil sanitary and electrical construction
work related experience) in successful completion of at least 1(one) number
works in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization during last
5(five) years of Tk. 250.00 (Two hundred and fifty) lacs in a single tender.
C. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit
facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.180.00 (One hundred and Eighty) lacs.
Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between
publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate
(scanned Copy) of Liquid
Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be
enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank
undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of
tender and contract forms.
D. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of
Tk. 525.00 (Five hundred and twenty five) Lacs during the last 5 years.
E.Tender Capacity shall be 270.00 (Two hundred and seventy) lacs
F. The Tenderer must have Up to date Special Class/ Class one (Combined)
license Holding ABC Category Contractor & Supervisory License from the
Electric Licensing Board.
G.The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance
certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, along with the Tender.
H. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender
Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents. |
