INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) Reputed Contractors who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in Decoration of roads, buildings and road side Islands with different flags, portrait and banners etc.
(b) Satisfactory completion of at least 1 (One) No of decoration of roads, buildings and road side Islands with National flags, Multi-color flags, portrait and banners etc. in important location of Dhaka City work of Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 (Three) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
(c)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual decoration work turnover during last 03 (Three) years of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual decoration turnover.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per format included in this tender.
(e)The tenderer must also submit the following documents with his tender:
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) work completion certificate as per form available in the tender.
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
(g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. |
