INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderer’s as mention below:
(a). 1st class contractor under Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization.
(b). Reputed contractor/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in construction.
(c). Tenderer’s having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC full fair face Residential /Office building having minimum 6 (six) storied pile foundation including related electrical, internal sanitary and water supply in Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization in minimum worth amounting Tk.7.5 (Seven point five) crore within the last 5 (five) years in Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(d). Certificate authentication with respect to the work should have to be furnished by the tenderers along with tender documents. The certifying authority shall be officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Head of the Institute.
(e). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35 (thirty five) crore over the last 5 (five) years.
(f). The tenderer’s shall have a minimum liquid assets/credit commitment certificate of Tk. 7.00 (Seven) crore. Bank certificate (original copy) to be submitted along with the tender. Bank certificate prior to 28 (twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached.¬¬¬¬¬¬
(g). Experience must be described clearly in detail in the above mentioned submitted certificates.
(h). Tenderer’s must have qualified and experienced technical personnel of civil, electrical and mechanical.
(i). VAT Registration Certificate with TIN number [12 (twelve) digits] and Income Tax clearance certificate as well as valid ABC category Electrical contractor license and supervisory license from the Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(j). Up-to-date trade license.
(k). Original money receipt of purchasing tender document.
(l). Other Required eligibility and condition of tender’s as stipulated in the tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
