Terms and Conditions: a) open tender activities will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the Public Procurement Act, 2006 and Public Procurement Rules 2008. b) Process of recruitment of manpower defined through outsourcing will be conducted according to the laws, rules, instructions, etc. issued by the government. c) In the appointment of selected manpower, the contract will be executed with the supplier company. No contract will be executed with any person or an appointment letter in the name of a person will not be issued. d) Interviews will be taken from the valid EOI accepted manpower service provider. No TA/DA will be provided for attending this interview. e) The work order will be provided to the finally selected service provider and selected provider will have to sign a contract for supply of manpower on Tk. 300 non-judicial stamp collected willingly by it. f) The manpower suppliers have to submit proposals in all categories of post. The proposals in single category /post will not be accepted. g) The manpower supplied by the selected provider have to work daily after office hour and holidays. The appointed manpower have to perform duties in the BBS headquarter or in other field offices. h) If the quality of work of the supplied manpower is not satisfactory, the qualified manpower will be provided instead of the recruited person within 10 (ten) days of the reporting. i) Before the signing of the contract with the selected organization, security deposit at the rate of 3% of each persons’ annual salary for all the supplied manpower will be deposited at the project office through Pay-order. After the tenure of the contract, the security money will be refunded. j) Preference will be given to the candidates who have done equal work in the development project and to the providing institutions. k)Trade license, VAT certificate (if applicable), the income tax return certificate for 2016-17, experience certificate and financial solvency certificate by the bank will have to be submitted with tender document by the supplier institution. l) Interested organizations must have minimum 2 years’ experience in related work. m) Incomplete submissions will be considered as cancelled. The papers submitted with the tender document must be attested by the first class gazetted officer. n) The tender application form will be worth Tk. 1000 / = (one thousand) each only (paid in cash). o) The number of posts mentioned in the notification may be more or less and the authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without showing any reason |
