"(a)1st class/Special class Enlisted Contractors of Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organizations who have minimum 05 years experience in similar nature of works (civil, sanitary, electrical, Electro Mechanical works etc.) For Electrical, Electro Mechanical works consortium may be allowed. For Electrical works must have valid ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory license from Electricity licensing Board Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (b)Tenderers having experience in successful completion of at least 1(One) no. building of Tk. 250.00 (Two hundred fifty) lac in a single work order comprising of civil, sanitary, Gas, electrical, lift works under Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization in Bangladesh during the last ten years.
(c)The work certificate of successful completion of a similar work shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned Department with Official & self phone number.
d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over Tk. 532.000 (Five hundred thirty two) lac best five years of last Ten years (e)The tenderers shall have Bank solvency certificate ,sanctioned credit line facilities of at least Tk.133.00 (One hundred thirty three ) lac.
