INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The tenderer shall have specific experience for minimum 3 (three) years in the fields of:
a) Integration/Implementation/Operation/Repair & Maintenance of Terminal Operation System/Container Terminal Management System.
b) Integration/Implementation/Operation/Repair & Maintenance large area of Networking System.
c) Integration/Implementation/Operation/Maintenance Database Management System.
d) Integration/Implementation/Repair & Maintenance of IT equipment like as VMT, HHT, Server, AP, MAP, Workstation & Printer etc.
e) The Terminal Operator of Chittagong Port Authority (CPA), having experience on CTMS Operation with expertise personnel also eligible to participate in the tender. A list of personnel and their respective experience must enclosed with the tender.
f) The Software developing company’s Authorization letter can be submitted after awarding the contract but not later than the date of signing the contract. The procuring entity may advice the Software developing company’s for issuing Authorization to the successful bidder.
g) But the experience will not be required for the tenderer for whom having Navis N4, XPS Software developing company’s Authorization of declaring that if the tenderer shall be awarded the contract Navis will give all the technical supports along with supply of necessary expatriate personnel and materials to the tenderer. In this case, the tenderer shall enclose authorization letter for compliance of the same.
