INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Tenderers must have 10(Ten) years specific experience in successful supply, installation and after sales services for providing Offset Printing Machine in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organizations in Bangladesh. They will have to submit ‘Certificate of Satisfaction’ from at least 5(Five) Govt./Semi-Govt. Organizations to whom they have supplied Offset Printing Machines and provided related goods and after sales services. Tenderers will have to submit documents showing their technical and manpower strength (At least 8 to 10 Engineers employed in their organization. At least two of the engineers should have graduation degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and two of them should have graduation degree in Mechanical Engineering. At least four of the engineers should have efficiency/training certificates from the manufacturer) for providing after sales services. |

| Brief Description of Related Services : |

(1) Installion of machine and equipments.
(2) Training of 4(Four) operators on “Operation & Maintenance” of the machine locally first time after installation for a period of 15(Fifteen) working days and after 3(Three) months same training of same operators second time for a period of 10(Ten) working days must be provided by the supplier free of cost at consignee’s end.
(3) After sale service facilities must be provided by the supplier as when required by the consignee.
(4) The supplier shall have to supply spare parts as well as after sale service for 5(Five) years for the machine as when required by the consignee for its smooth operation/running.
(5) Carriage in out/transportation cost (charge and others) will be bear by the supplier.
