INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Tenderers who have successfully completion of at least 2 (two) nos of high rise building in amounting Tk.15.00 (fifteen) crore of single work order during last 5(five) years under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.
c) The Firm should have experience for construction of at least 1 no 500 seated Auditorium with RCC Slab
d) The Firm should have experience for construction of fare face & pre cast structure and also experience for supply & installation of Lift, Substation, & Generator equipments
e) The Firm should have sufficient piling & construction equipment and machinery’s in workable and good condition which to be inspected and certified by not less than XEN of PWD/LGED
f) The Firm should have working experience of Tk.40.00 (Forty) Crore in last three years along with successful completion certificate.
g) Cash Flow amounting Tk.10.00 (ten) Crore in the form of Bank Balance Sheet to be submitted.
h) Bank Statement of average annual Turn Over of 30.00 Crore for the last 5 (five) years is to be submitted along with the Tender.
i) Up o date Trade Licence, VAT Registration Certificate, up to date Income Tax Return Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate and successfully work completion certificate are to be submitted at the time of submission of tender. Original copy of certificate is to be produced on demand.
j) Attested copy of up to date A.B.C. Electrical Supervision License issue from Electric License Board is to be submitted.
