INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works at Public sector at Bangladesh. Work certificate must be submitted in support of general experience.
2. Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Successful completion of at least 1 (One) No of RCC building work with Swimming Pool construction work of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Crore in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be concerned Executive Engineer . In case of the work done under any Government / Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of executive engineer & the same should be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender, in standard format.
5. Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.
6. All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender |
