6. Eligibility and Qualifications requirements of the Bidder:
A. Experience Requirements:
(i) Bidder (in case of JV, each partner) must have Experience under contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor or management contractor in the power sector, at least from 01st April, 2013.
(ii) Participation as contractor (as single entity or as a Joint Venture member), in supply and/or construction or up-gradation of power distribution or transmission lines within the last 05 (five) years, (i.e. starting from 01st April 2013), with an aggregated value of
(f) at least US$ 1.000 million in not more than three contracts for Package No: UREDS-W-99
that have been successfully and substantially completed.
(iii) For the above contracts or any other contract executed mentioned above, at least one contract having power distribution/transmission line constructed by the bidder shall be in successful operation for minimum of two years. Bidder will submit end user performance certificate along with the bid.
B. Financial Requirements:
(iv) Minimum average annual turnover of
(f) US$ 1.000 million for Package No. UREDS-W-99
calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within best three (3) years of the last five (5) years [years counting backward from the date of bid submission deadline].
(v) The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet the following
cash-flow requirement:
