INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(i) Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) years overall experience on related works and services.
(ii) Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (three) years specific experience on Data/Internet connectivity related services.
(iii) Tenderer shall have valid ISP (Nationwide) license which is issued by Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) and should follow the guidelines provided by BTRC.
(iv) Tenderers shall have legal and licensing capacity to provide secured VPN Data connectivity to selected nearly 1000 police /selected Govt. Offices all over the country.
(v) Tenderer must be profitable for last 3 (three) years as per financial audited report.
(vi) Tenderers shall have presently running IP/MPLS network countrywide with service presence in at least 32 (thirty-two) Districts of Bangladesh covering all the 8 (eight) Divisions.
(vii) Tenderer shall have works completion certificates on Data/Internet connectivity related service for at least Tk. 5.00 (five) Crore in last 5 (five) years..
(viii) Tenderers shall have credit line facilities against this tender /liquid asset of at least Tk. 4.00 (four) Crore supported by documentary evidence.
(ix) Tenderers shall have average annual turnover of Tk. 7.00 (seven) Crore for best 3(three) years in the last 05 (five) Years. Counting backward from this fiscal year.
(x) Tenderers shall comply with other required eligibilities and conditions for the Tenderers as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet, Technical Specification and Particular Specification of Tender Document.
(xi) Tenderers are required to submit price quotation correspond to 100% of the required items (1. Supply and laying Cost of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and 2. Monthly Recurring Charges) and quantities
(xii) Tenderers shall have 97% network up time capacity and nearest POP must be connected with multiple backbone Redundancy.
(xiii) Tenderer shall have Upazila level technical supporting manpower structure and availability.

Establishment of secured IP/MPLS VPN data Connectivity & Bandwidth in between selected Police Data Center (Police HQ) & selected nearly 1000 listed police/ selected Govt. Offices located across the country.
I. Connecting selected nearly 1000 new Police Units all over the country to the police HQ Data Centre.
II. Necessary Coordination for establishment of VPN among 1600 units (nearly1000 new and previous 600 units)
III. Separate VPN will be created for nearly 1000 new & previous 600 connected police center.
IV. Provide data bandwidth to nearly 1000 new units for 15 months with proper Support and Maintenance as required.
V. Provide 2 Mbps, 3 Mbps, 5 Mbps bandwidth as per attached list Annexure - 1.
