INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5(Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(b) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1(One) contract(s) of building construction successfully completed within the last 3(Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 67,50,000/- ( Sixty Seven lac fifty thousand) only.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than( Tk 90,00,000/- (Ninety lac) only over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 90,00,000/- (Ninety lac) only. submitted in from PW2a-3 otherwise tender shall be Non-responsive.
(e) Upto date Trade license, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) Tenderer must have Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory licence issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(g) Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
(h) Total figure of quoted amount by the tenderer must be within (±) 10% of the engineers estimated cost. if exceeds than the tender will be non responsive. |
