All Contractors registered on e-Procurement panel who have:
a. Minimum 3(Three) years overall experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor.
b. Completed at least one Civil work in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization in the last 3 (Three) years preceding the date of submission of tender as Prime Contractor of minimum value: Tk. 19.00 lacs in a single work order
c. Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 3 (Three) years preceding the date of submission of tender shall be: greater than Tk. 110.00 lacs
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be: Tk. 8.00 lacs
e. In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms. |
