(a)1st class/Special class Enlisted Contractors of Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organizations who have minimum 05 years experience in similar nature of works (civil, sanitary, electrical etc.)
(b)Tenderers having experience in successful completion of at least 1(One) no. building of Tk. 161.00 (One hundred sixty one) lac in a single work order comprising of civil, sanitary & electrical works under Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization in Bangladesh during the last ten years.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over Tk. 275.000 (Two hundred seventy five) lac best five years of last Ten years
(d)The tenderers shall have Bank solvency certificate, sanctioned credit line facilities of at least Tk.70.00 (seventy) lac. |
