INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
"a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 10 years of general experience in Civil Construction works.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of Road work including land development work in a single contract amounting not less BDT 11.50 crores during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 23.00 crores. Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion certificates which have been executed within last 10 years where best 05 years of last 10 years will be considered. All work completion certificates must be enclosed along with the tender.
d) The required minimum liquid assets are BDT 6.00 crores.
e) The required minimum Tender Capacity is BDT 14.00 crores.
f) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate to be submitted.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
