INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works of roads/Bridge works as prime Contractor or nominated Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
ii)
Specific Experience:
The minimum Specific experience as prime contractor/Nominated Sub-contractor/Management Contractor in Operation and maintenance (O&M) of major Express way/national Highway (Roads & Bridges) of similar nature with minimum O&M component of value BDT 10 (Ten) Crore Completed over a period of last 10 (Ten) years shall be required. It is further clarified that incase a project involves toll operation and O&M both, the O&M component shall be of minimum value as stated above.
iii Minimum Required Experience of the joint Venture (JV) are as follows:
a. Experience in Construction/Maintenance Work of Major Roads/Bridge (Not Less than 10Km/300m length) over a period of last 10 (Ten) Years.
b. Experience in Construction/Maintenance Work of Major Bank Protection works of Bridges (Not Less than 300m length) over a period of last 10 (Ten) years.
iv)
The required average annual turnover as a contractor shall be greater than BDT 4 (Four) Crore of the best 3 (Three) years in the last Five (5) years.
v) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum BDT 2 (Two) Crore.
vi) In case of joint venture each of the associated/JV partners must have any one (1) experience on key activities as stated in SI 22 (iii)
Vii) The Experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of executive Engineer of the Concerned Authority/Department.

Approach Roads of padma Multipurpose Bridge was successfully completed in 2017 with ancillary works. The major facilities within the approach Roads are:
i) The 12.5 Km long Approach roads and its structures.
ii) The 12.5 Km long Service & Link roads and its structures.
iii Toll plazas of both side of the Approach Road & Houses.
