INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the followings:
(a) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of similar nature of work in a single work amounting not less than for Tk. 75.00 lakhs during the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or an equivalent Officer of concerned Department/Organization.
(b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk.50.00 lakhs in the last 05 (five) years (best of three) which will be based on work completion certificate. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
(c) The required minimum liquid asset is Tk. 50.00 lakhs
(d) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(e) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
(f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(g) All other criterion will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and its amendment.
