INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 years of general experience in Civil works.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion of Similar nature of work in a single contract amounting not less BDT 150.00 lakh for SL No. 23(i), BDT 170.00 lakh for SL No. 23(ii) & BDT 140.00 lakh for SL No. 23(iii) during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 360.00 lakh for SL No. 23(i), BDT 420.00 lakh for SL No. 23(ii) & BDT 350.00 lakh for SL No. 23(iii). Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion certificates which have been executed within last 05 years where best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered. All work completion certificates must be enclosed along with the tender.
d) The required minimum liquid assets are BDT 150.00 lakh for SL No. 23(i), BDT 170.00 lakh for SL No. 23(ii) & BDT 140.00 lakh for SL No. 23(iii).
e) The required minimum Tender Capacity is BDT 220.00 lakh for SL No. 23(i), BDT 250.00 lakh for SL No. 23(ii) & BDT 200.00 lakh for SL No. 23(iii).
f) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate to be submitted.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of Tender documents must be fulfilled. |
