INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
a) Civil Contractors / Construction Firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in civil construction works.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of multi storied RCC building construction work in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 14.0 crores during last 05(five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 22.50 crores. Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion certificates which have been executed within last 10 years where best 05 years will be considered. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization of Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.
d) The required minimum liquid assets is BDT 4.50 crores.
e) The required minimum Tender capacity is BDT 16.50 crores.
f) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, valid A, B, C category electrical contractor license from electricity licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of Tender documents must be fulfilled. |
