INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: (a) The minimum specific experience of 1 (one) RCC Frame structured Building Construction completed Tk 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac. (b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.600.00 (Six Hundred ) Lac over the last 5(Five) years. (c) The minimum amount liquid assets or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 110.00 (One hundred ten) Lac the form PW2a-3. (d) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk.125.00 (One hundred Twenty Five) Lac. (e) In case of JVC, leading party must have 40% and other party not less than 25% partnership. Special instructions: Propping sequence of construction of building will be based on 30 days vertical floor cycle so that 1(one) vertical level will be casted within 30 (thirty) days. Contractors should have proper quantity of shuttering materials to be used in whole roof casting staged at a time as well as necessary scaffolding, hoist, modern construction and survey equipments , required number of skilled manpower and should have the ability to work day and night. Contractors have to submit approach and methodology of works, works program in bar chart, technical personnel, list of the equipments proposed for this project and other necessary documents mentioned in Tender Data sheet (TDS), If necessary item-wise analysis may be asked from the Tenderer. The Work Program submitted by the Tenderer through e-Gp system must be rational and it needs to be accepted by the Procuring Authority. The Tenderer must maintain Pro Rata progress of the work as per approved work program. If the Tenderer fails to maintain Pro Rata Progress for first 20%, it will be considered as Fundamental breach of the contract. In that case, measures will be taken to terminate Contract of the work as per clause # 37 of GCC. For details of eligibility criteria go through TDS –(Qualification criteria). |
