INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Reputed Contractors/Construction firm who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the construction of building works.
Having work experience in successful completion of at least 01(one) number of 07 (Seven) Storied Building work including 02 (Two) Basement (07 Floor + 02 (Two) Basement) with ancillary components during last 05 (Five) years. Also Having experience in successful completion similar construction works amounting Tk. 7800.00 (Seven Thousand Eight Hundred) Lakh only during last 05 (Five) years in a single contract under any Govt. Dept./ Semi Govt. Dept./ Autonomous Organization only. The completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ Organization.
In case of JVCA, eligibility and other conditions are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
The required minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover for each Package Tk. 7224.00 (Seventy Two Hundred Twenty Four) Lakh only over last 05 (Five) years Or best [03(Three)] years in the last [05(Five)] years.
The minimum amount of Liquid Asset or Credit Facilities of tenderer shall be for each Package Tk. 1800.00 (One Thousand Eight Hundred) Lakh only.
Firms who are in the Debarment List of National Housing Authority will not be eligible for responsiveness during Tender Evaluation Process.
Up to date valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, E-TIN Number of Income Tax Certificate and Valid ABC Category electrical Contractors license and supervisory license from electricity licensing Board Government of Bangladesh.
Other Required eligibility and conditions of the tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender documents must be fulfilled. |
